Cancellation and Refunds

Physical Products (NFC Cards)

All NFC card orders are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these products:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided manufacturing has not begun.
  • Cancellations after manufacturing has begun are not accepted.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Digital Subscription (Wavelink Pro)

  • Digital subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
  • If payment is successful but your profile is not activated within 24 hours, contact us for a resolution or full refund.
  • Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — there are no charges after expiry unless you renew manually.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Razorpay processing timelines may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, email us at support@wavelink.co.in with your order details and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
