Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or using services from Wave Link (a product of Bluewave Technologies), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

Products and Services

Wave Link offers NFC-enabled physical products (business cards, standees) and a digital profile subscription service. Physical products are custom-manufactured after order placement. Digital subscriptions grant access to a hosted public profile page on the Wavelink platform.

Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability, with a full refund issued.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card details.

Digital Subscription

• The Wavelink Pro digital profile subscription is billed annually at ₹199/year.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your registered mobile number.
• Upon expiry, your public profile page will be deactivated until renewed.
• We do not offer automatic renewals — you must manually renew before expiry.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software on this website and our platform are the property of Bluewave Technologies. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bluewave Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
